"C-R Productions seems to have found the key to grabbing just the right combination of local and out-of-town talent as it continues to up the ante for regional theater. Erin Kruse does a fine job tackling the musical portions of the role. Going against the indelibly ingrained image of Julie Andrews in the role make this a monumental mountain to climb. Though climb it she does with aplomb! Monica M. Wemitt is outstanding as Mother Abbess, devouring not only the stage but also the theater itself with her incredibly show-stopping rendition of Climb Every Mountain. The children in the show have taken the cute meter and busted it off its stand!"
